Bethany Johnston holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Western Sydney and has built her career across the disability, mental health, and community sectors.
She has worked as a Support Coordinator with Stride, supporting people with psychosocial disability to strengthen their independence and community connections, and has also provided direct disability support in group and one-on-one settings.
As Ready Enable’s Social Worker and Service Delivery Lead, Bethany combines professional expertise with her naturally positive and energetic approach. She is known for her strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport, and commitment to person-centred practice. Bethany is passionate about ensuring services are delivered with empathy, collaboration, and respect, while also supporting the wellbeing of workers in her team.
Outside of work, Bethany enjoys getting outdoors, walking her chocolate Labrador Doug, and spending time in nature.
