Bettina Tamberlin is a highly experienced and versatile Registered Nurse with more than four decades in healthcare. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Safety Science from UNSW, and a Master’s in Occupational Health and Safety Management from UTS.
Her career spans acute care, mental health, occupational health, aged care, and rehabilitation across both public and private settings. Bettina has worked in large teaching hospitals, corporate health services, aged care facilities, rehabilitation centres, boarding schools, and with well-known institutions including the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Trains, and Qantas.
For much of her acute care career, she served as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Burns, while also working in fast-paced Emergency Departments. Her postgraduate training in safety science and occupational health has also equipped her to lead return-to-work programs and workplace health and safety initiatives.
Since joining Ready Enable in 2024, Bettina has enjoyed being part of a collaborative and compassionate team. She supports clients with diverse needs to live independently in the community, while also contributing to internal systems such as risk registers, incident reporting, and staff education.
Outside of work, Bettina has a deep love of animals — especially her Maltese-Shih Tzu, Bijou — and is passionate about metaphysical and spiritual topics. She enjoys exploring nature, cooking, theatre, concerts, digital content creation, and learning new things. Bettina’s lifestyle reflects her holistic approach to wellbeing, balancing structure with creativity, and her commitment to lifelong learning and connection.
