Stephanie Wright

Founding Director and CEO

Stephanie Wright holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and Politics from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sydney. Since 2005, she has worked across the disability, not-for-profit, and government sectors, including roles in public housing, disability advocacy, and pre-NDIS programs such as the NSW Attendant Care Program and High Needs Pool. She also spent time as a corporate consultant in the building supply and manufacturing industry, bringing a broad perspective to her leadership.

Stephanie has not only worked in management and policy but also as a direct disability support worker herself, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of frontline care. This experience deeply informs her leadership approach, ensuring that the voices and wellbeing of both clients and workers remain central to Ready Enable’s growth.

In 2018, she founded Ready Enable after being approached by family and friends for guidance on the NDIS. Since then, she has led the organisation with a vision of creating a service where people with disability are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine choice — and where workers are equally valued, supported, and respected for the vital role they play.

Today, Stephanie combines her human rights focus with practical business leadership, building an organisation committed to person-centred services, sector innovation, and a supportive workplace culture.
