Who we are
About Us
Our Story
Leadership with Lived Experience
Our leadership is grounded in lived experience. With backgrounds spanning management, policy, and direct frontline disability support, we understand both the challenges and the rewards of hands-on care. This firsthand insight shapes how we operate every day, ensuring the voices, wellbeing, and rights of both clients and workers remain at the centre of everything we do.
Mission & Values
At Ready Enable, our mission is to create support environments where people feel safe to be themselves, respected for who they are, and supported without judgment. We believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued in their own home and community.
Inclusivity & Diversity
We are a non-religious organisation and proudly support the LGBTQIA+ community. Our services are inclusive, welcoming, and free from judgement — regardless of a person’s identity, background, beliefs, or who they love.
We also acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live. Our supports are culturally safe and trauma-informed, recognising the importance of culture, community, and lived experience.
Diversity is one of our strengths. We value cultural understanding and strive to match people with support workers who understand their community, background, or individual needs. Our approach is person-centred, flexible, and built on trust.
Our Services
As of January 2026, Ready Enable provides:
NDIS Supports
Private Home Care
Support Coordination
Aged Care
SIL
Group Activities
Later in 2026, we plan to expand our services to include Aged Care under the Support at Home program, continuing our commitment to high-quality, respectful care across all stages of life.
At Ready Enable, we are committed to sector innovation, human rights, and a supportive workplace culture — because when workers are respected and supported, better care follows.
